For purchases on SALE, with Black Friday promotions, or special pricing, shipping will be €5 for deliveries within Peninsular Spain.
Free shipping to Peninsular Spain.
If the cart includes an item on sale and another at regular price, the €5 shipping cost for the discounted item will be charged.
Shipments in Peninsular Spain will arrive approximately within 48 business hours, with a maximum of 72 business hours. Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays, as these are not considered business days.
During the sale period and/or for discounted products, exchanges and returns will be borne by the customer.
The first exchange for orders to Peninsular Spain that are not discounted is free.
The period for exchanges and returns is 15 calendar days from the delivery of the order. The package must be picked up within this timeframe.
If you wish to make a return, you can request a pickup by calling +34 633 384 292 or by sending an email to clientes@meninastep.eu. Within 24-48 hours, we will contact you and send a courier to pick up the package to be returned.
The cost of pickup is €10 for Peninsular Spain for up to 2 items. From the third item, a charge of €5 will be applied for each additional item. You will not have to pay anything to the courier; this amount will be deducted from the refund to be made.
