The first exchange for orders within the Peninsula that are not on sale is free. During sales periods and/or for discounted products, exchanges and returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

The deadline for exchanges and returns is 15 calendar days from the delivery of the order. The package must be collected within this period.

If you wish to make a return, you can request a collection by calling+34 633 384 292 or by sending an email to info@meninastep.eu.We will contact you within 24-48 hours and arrange for a carrier to collect the package for return.

The cost of the collection is €10 for the Spanish mainland for a maximum of 2 items. For the third item onwards, there will be a charge of €5 for each additional item. You won't have to pay anything to the carrier as that amount will be deducted from the refund.

ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR SPANISH ISLANDS, EUROPE, AND THE REST OF THE WORLD:

For orders placed from the SPANISH ISLANDS, EUROPE, and the REST OF THE WORLD, size exchanges and returns are NOT FREE, so they will always be processed as a return and new purchase. The refund will be issued once the receipt of the product in its original condition has been confirmed.

The refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. If the payment was made by bank transfer, you will need to provide us with the bank account number for the transfer.

We can only issue a refund for products that are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. No refund will be given if the product has been used beyond simply opening it, if the products are not in the same condition as they were delivered, or if they have been damaged. Therefore, please handle the product(s) carefully while they are in your possession. We recommend trying the products on a carpet.

Return the item using or including all its original packaging, instructions, and any other accompanying documents. Failure to provide the documentation or the original packaging in perfect condition will incur a surcharge of €5.

Please note that if you use a return service other than the one provided by us, we cannot confirm the receipt of your return within the specified timeframe, even if the delivery was made within the established timeframes (as third-party services may cause delays beyond Menina Step's control).

If you prefer to arrange the return on your own, you must send the package to our warehouse within the specified period, with the postage paid and in its original packaging:

Once the return is received, the corresponding refund will be processed for the amount of the returned product(s). The refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment: by canceling the charge through PayPal, to the card, via Bizum, or by bank transfer if the payment was made by bank transfer.

For exchanges of orders delivered to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, the customer must send the shoes to our central warehouse at c/ Castrobarto 10, 28042 Madrid, SPAIN (Ms. Nally, tel: 669 221 286). Opening hours: 10AM to 8 PM.

Subsequently, the refund will be issued minus the shipping costs, and if desired, the customer can proceed with another purchase.
