The first exchange for orders to the Peninsula that are not discounted is free of charge.

The period for exchanges and returns is 15 calendar days from the delivery of the order. The package must be picked up within this timeframe.

If you wish to make a return, you can request a pickup by calling +34 633384292 or by sending an email to info@meninastep.eu. Within 24-48 hours, we will contact you and send a courier to pick up the package to be returned.

The cost of pickup is €10 for mainland Spain for up to 2 items. From the third item, a charge of €5 will be applied for each additional item. You will not have to pay anything to the courier; this amount will be deducted from the refund to be made.

You only need to return the package as you received it, with the order sheet inside and noting our address on the lid of the brown box:

The refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment. If the payment was made by bank transfer, you will need to provide us with the bank account number to make the transfer.

We can only refund those products that are returned in the same condition as they were sent. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond merely opening it, for products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or that have suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the product(s) while in your possession. We recommend trying the products on a carpet.

Return the item using or including all its original packaging, instructions, and any other documents that may accompany it. Not receiving the documentation or the original packaging in perfect condition implies a surcharge of €5.

Please note that if you arrange for the return of your order through a service other than ours, we cannot confirm the receipt of your return within the timeframe, even if the delivery was within the established times (delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond Menina Step's control).

If you prefer to make the return on your own, you must send the package within the indicated period, with postage prepaid in its original packaging, to our warehouse.

Once the return is received, the corresponding refund for the returned product(s) will be made. This refund will be made in the same way the payment was made: by canceling the charge on PayPal, on the card, bizum, or with a bank transfer if the payment was made by transfer.

For exchanges of orders delivered to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, the customer must send the shoes to our central warehouse at c/ Castrobarto 10, 28042 Madrid (Attn: Ms. Nally, tel: 669 221 286). Hours 13-20h. Subsequently, the amount will be refunded minus shipping costs, and the customer, if desired, must process another purchase. Costs derived from the import or export of orders will be borne by the order holder. For more information, contact info@meninastep.eu or call 633384292. Possible expenses for local import taxes and/or customs duties will not be covered by Menina Step Spain SL, nor will they be managed by Menina Step Spain, SL. This is because the recipient of the order becomes the importer and exporter of the goods, and must therefore comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

For exchanges of orders in the rest of the countries in Europe, the customer must send the items in perfect condition to our warehouse at:

Within a week, the amount will be refunded, and a new purchase can be made.

Returns not accepted due to alteration of the original condition must be collected by the customer through a courier service, with shipping costs paid by the customer.

The courier will make two attempts to collect, in case of any issue on the part of the customer, the new collection and/or management of the same will have a surcharge of €5.

The cancellation of paid orders will incur a charge of €5 due to the management of cancellation and refund.

Any variation in information regarding the product description will not be a cause for free shipping or free return, with possible differences due to typos when detailing product information. Exchanges and Returns During Sale Period

During the sale period, orders may take an additional 24 to 48 hours.

For exchanges or returns, you have a period of 15 days from the receipt of the order. Products must be in perfect condition with their label and purchase receipt and in their original packaging (including the two boxes); otherwise, they will incur a penalty of €5. We advise trying on the shoes on a carpet to avoid scuffing the sole. Products that are not in perfect condition will not be refunded. In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For exchanges or returns, the customer must send an email to info@meninastep.eu, and the company will respond within 24-48 hours (working days).

Exchanges and returns purchased during the sale period are not free; the customer is responsible for sending the shoes to our logistics headquarters:

As soon as the shoes enter the warehouse, in the same condition they were sent with the two boxes and in perfect condition, Menina Step Spain SL will proceed with the total refund (excluding shipping costs) through the same payment method used. In the case of an exchange, it will be processed as a new purchase.

Exchanges processed through Instagram, WhatsApp, or text message are not managed. Exchanges will be managed exclusively by writing an email to pedidos@meninastep.eu

We advise using a reliable courier service for sending the shoes to the warehouse. We recommend sending them as CERTIFIED from a Post Office. Menina Step Spain SL is not responsible for items that do not arrive at the warehouse, with the signature on the delivery slip serving as proof that they have entered the same.

Remember that Menina Step Spain SL does not have a physical location for depositing your returns.
