Shipping Policy
HIPPING TO PENINSULAR SPAIN
Free shipping to Peninsular Spain for the first two pairs.
From the third pair onwards, shipping costs will increase by €5 per pair.
For purchases with Black Friday promotions, special prices, or sales, shipping will cost €5 for deliveries within Peninsular Spain.
If the cart includes a sale item and a regular-priced item, the €5 shipping cost for the discounted product will be charged.
Shipments in Peninsular Spain will arrive approximately within 48 business hours, with a maximum of 72 business hours. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, nor are they considered business days.
If your location is small, delivery may require an extra 24 hours.
It is very important that the customer provides the correct delivery information: name, surname, postal code, and contact phone number. Any incorrect information will be considered as a new shipment, and the customer will bear the cost of the second delivery when the courier delivers it to the home.
Shipments are made through the Nacex agency for Spain and Portugal (shipments to the Islands in Portugal will not be made) and through the Mail Boxes agency for other countries.
From the third pair onwards, an extra €5 per pair will be charged.
BALEARIC ISLANDS
For the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are €10. From the second pair onwards, an extra €5 per pair will be charged. The estimated delivery time is 1 week.
CANARY ISLANDS
Shipments to the Canary Islands cannot be processed through the website. For more information, contact info@meninastep.eu.
CEUTA AND MELILLA
No shipments are made.

Shipping time of 5-7 days.

In case of lack of stock or modification of the order, due to oversaturation of orders on the website, we will contact the User before serving the order to look for a possible product change or wait for its replacement. In the latter case, the times are subject to the production of new units.
Shipping costs for orders that the customer needs to receive in less time than established in this section must be consulted at info@meninastep.com. These expenses will be paid by the customer without minimum purchase amounts and the payment of said urgent shipment will be made by bank transfer to the account of Menina Step Spain, S.L.
