SHIPMENTS TO PENINSULA

Free shipping to the peninsula in the first two pairs.

From the second pair the shipping costs will increase by €5 per pair.

In purchases with a Black Friday promotion, special price or sales, shipping will cost €5 for deliveries within the peninsula.

If the content of the cart includes a discount product and another at regular price, the €5 shipping fee for the discounted product will be charged.

Shipments in Mainland Spain  will arrive at their destination approximately 48 business hours, with a maximum of 72 business hours. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays do not make deliveries nor are they considered business days.

If your location is small, delivery may require an extra 24 hours.

It is very important that the client provide the correct delivery information: name, surname, postal code and contact telephone number. Any erroneous data will be considered as a new shipment and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the second delivery at the time the courier deposits it at the address.

Shipments are made through the Nacex agency for Spain and Portugal (shipments will not be made to the Islands in Portugal) and by the Mail Boxes agency for other countries.

From the second pair will be charged 5€ extra per pair.

BALEARIC ISLANDS

  • For the Balearic Islands the shipping costs amount to 10€ 
  • From the second pair will be charged 5€ extra per pair.
  • The estimated delivery time is 1 week. 

CANARY ISLANDS

  • For the Canary Islands the shipping costs amount to 15€, regardless of the amount of the purchase.
  • From the second pair will be charged 5€ extra per pair.
  • The estimated delivery time is 1 week. 

CEUTA AND MELILLA

Shipments are not made.

EUROPEAN UNION SHIPMENTS

  • For the rest of Europe shipments of 1 pair will have a cost of 15€
  • From the second pair will be charged 5€ extra per pair.
  • Shipping time of 5-7 days.

In case of lack of stock or modification of the order, due to oversaturation of orders on the web, we will contact the User before serving the order to look for a possible change of product or wait for its replacement. In the latter case, the times are subject to the production of new units.

The shipping costs for orders that the customer needs to receive in less time than the time established in this section must be consulted at info@meninastep.com. These expenses will be paid by the client without minimum purchase amounts and the payment of said urgent shipment will be made by bank transfer to the account of Menina Step Spain, S.L.
