The first change in orders to the Peninsula and not discounted, is free.
The period for changes and returns is 15 calendar days from the delivery of the order. The package must be collected within this period.
If you want to make a return you can ask us for the collection on the phone 633384292 or send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In 24-48 hours we will contact you and send a carrier to collect the package to be returned.
The cost of the collection is €10 for mainland Spain, maximum 2 items. From the third article, €5 will be charged for each of the following articles. You will not have to pay anything to the carrier, that amount will be deducted from the payment to be made.
You only have to deliver the package as you have received it, with the order form inside and writing down our address on the lid of the brown box:

The payment will be made in the same way as the original payment. If the payment has been made by bank transfer, you will have to provide us with the bank account number to make the transfer.
We can only make a payment for those products that are returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond its mere opening, of products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the / the product(s) while in your possession. We recommend testing the products on a rug.
Return the item using or including all its original packaging, instructions and other accompanying documents. Not receiving the documentation or the original packaging implies a surcharge of €5
Keep in mind that if you contract the return of your order to a service outside of us, we will not be able to confirm receipt of your return on time even if the delivery has been within the established times (delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond Menina Step's control).
If you prefer to make the return on your own, you must send us the package within the indicated period, postage paid in its original packaging and to our warehouse.
Once the return is received, the payment corresponding to the amount of the returned product/s will be made. Said payment will be made in the same way in which the payment was made: by canceling the charge by Paypal, by card, bizum or with a bank transfer if the payment was made by transfer.
For changes to orders with delivery to the Canary and Balearic Islands, it will be the client who sends the shoes to our central warehouse at c/ Castrobarto 10, 28042 Madrid (Ms. Nally, tel: 669 221 286). Hours 1-20h. Immediately afterwards, the amount will be refunded less the shipping costs and the client, if he wishes, must process another purchase. The costs derived from the import or export of the orders will be borne by the holder of the order. For more information contact email@example.com or by calling: 633384292. The possible expenses for import taxes and/or local customs of the orders will not be borne by Menina Step Spain SL, nor will they be managed by Menina Step Spain, SL. This is because the recipient of the order becomes the importer and exporter of the goods, which must therefore comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Within a week the amount will be refunded and you can make another purchase again.
Returns not accepted due to alteration of the original state must be collected by the client through a transport agency with postage paid by the client.
The agency will make two collection attempts, in case there is an incident in it by the client, the new collection and / or management in it will have a surcharge of €5
The cancellation of paid orders will imply a charge of €5 given the management to carry out cancellation and payment.
Any variation of information regarding the product description will not be cause for free shipping or free return, certain differences due to errors being possible when detailing the product information. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN SALES PERIOD
During the sales period, orders may take 24 to 48 hours longer.
For changes or returns, you have a period of 15 days from the receipt of the order. The products must be in perfect condition with their label and purchase receipt and in their original packaging (including the two boxes), otherwise they will have a penalty of €5. We recommend trying on the shoes on a carpet to avoid chafing on the sole. Products that are not in perfect condition will not be refunded.

As soon as the shoes enter the warehouse, in the same conditions that they were sent with the two boxes and in perfect condition, Menina Step Spain SL will proceed to refund the total amount (excluding shipping costs) through the same payment method used. In case of change, it will be managed as a new purchase.
Changes that are processed by Instagram, WhatsApp or text message are not managed.
We recommend a trusted courier company to send the shoes to the warehouse. We recommend sending them as CERTIFICATE from a Post Office Menina Step Spain SL is not responsible for items that do not arrive at the warehouse, using the signature of the delivery note as proof that they have entered it.
Remember that Menina Step Spain SL does not have a physical site to deposit your returns.
